90-Day Return Policy
Dorm Grow wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Customer Service is our highest priority. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience and high quality products that will encourage you to continue to shop with us. If you need to return a LED Grow Light panel or UFO light purchased from Dorm Grow, please send an email to sales@dormgrow.com for return instructions.
No Hassle Returns
If you would like to return an item that is in like-new condition with original packaging, you may return the product within 90 days of your purchase date. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees. Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, a refund will be applied to your credit card or payment account. Email us prior to returning any item. Before you return an item, re-pack the item in the original box with original packaging material. Do not write on the packaging material or the box. Send the return item to the address provided using a carrier that will provide both a tracking number as well as a signature that the item was confirmed delivered. If we are unable to confirm delivery of your item, this may result in the denial of a refund. In the event that a return becomes damaged on its way back to the return destination, Dorm Grow will inform the customer via email that the item was received damaged and hold the product. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and instruct Dorm Grow what to do with the damaged product. If Dorm Grow is not instructed by the customer within 30 days, the return will be considered void.
Limitations
Any item that has been installed (including cut or clipped wires), modified or used in any way which makes it not resalable condition is not eligible for a return. Large orders containing 6 or more items or orders with a total value greater than $2500 are not eligible for a return. Only LED Grow Light panels and UFO lights can be returned for a refund.
Cancellation Request
If you would like to cancel an order that has not shipped you must contact us via phone, email or website. You will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation request. Please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation of cancellation. If an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return the shipped item you will need to follow the Return Policy.
