LED Grow Light Warranty Policy

Dorm Grow LED provides a warranty for parts and labor on our LED grow lights that when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the purchase date.  We will at our discretion, repair or replace the malfunctioning product. In the event we determine a product is not repairable or no longer available, we will replace it for you. If you need to initiate a warrany issue, please email sales@dormgrow.com for instructions.

Limited Warranty

Product dimensions are listed to as accurate as possible. Defects or failures arising due to alteration, misuse, negligence, accident, theft, defective maintenance, damage and by actions of others, or where adequate care has not been taken to prevent damage to the product shall not be covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover labor, shipping costs, removal or installation.

Limitation of damages

If during the warranty period any Dorm Grow product proves defective in materials or workmanship, please contact Dorm Grow for warranty repair by emailing sales@dormgrow.com. Dorm Grow’s liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement with a non-defective part or product of substantially similar specifications. This warranty covers damages specifically detailed above except as may otherwise be required by law. Dorm Grow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This disclaimer applies during and after the warranty period.
