If you need to return a LED grow light you purchased from Dorm Grow, please send an email to sales@dormgrow.com for return instructions.

No Hassle Returns

If you would like to return an item that is in like-new condition with original packaging, you may return the product within 90 days of your purchase date for retail sales. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees. Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, a refund will be applied to your credit card or payment account. Email us prior to returning any item. Before you return an item, re-pack the item in the original box with original packaging material. Send the return item to the address provided and email us the tracking number. It is important to provide the tracking number of your return so that we can confirm delivery of the item. If we are unable to confirm delivery of your item, this may result in the delay or denial of a refund. Only non-wholesale LED grow light orders are eligible for returns. Wholesale orders and Grow Tents are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Request

If you would like to cancel an order that has not shipped you must send an email request to sales@dormgrow.com. You will receive an email acknowledging your cancellation request. Please allow up to 72 hours for confirmation of cancellation. If an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return the shipped item you will need to follow the Return Policy.
